VINEA is an educational platform providing structured wine education courses, practice exercises, and examinations designed to help users develop their knowledge of wine. The Service is available to users worldwide and is offered free of charge during its current phase.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service, as the subject matter involves alcoholic beverages. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may use VINEA as a guest or by creating an account via magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VINEA, including but not limited to text, graphics, course materials, questions, and the overall design of the Service, is the exclusive property of VINEA Wine Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (d) scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. VINEA course content is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional wine certification advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VINEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed EUR 100.

9. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our use of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
